Golf or Poker to help and the Home for Little Wanderers

The Home for Little Wanderers is a private non-profit organization dedicated to providing services to children and families at risk. Each year they help more than 10,000 children. Dating back to 1799, The Home for Little Wanderers is one of the oldest child welfare organizations in the nation.
On Tuesday, September 18, the Home will be holding its Home in One charity golf event at the Brae Burn Country Club in West Newton, MA. Unfortunately guys this is a women’s only event, but you can help out at the Waltham House Casino Night on September 20^th. These two great events give you a chance to support the Home for Little Wanderers and make a difference for children at risk.

Learn About Scouting at the Middlesex County Fair Donate Car

The Boy Scouts of America, Central New Jersey Council are going to be at the Middlesex County Fair, August sixth through twelfth. They will have lots of scouting information and activities to try. If you are at the fair check them out. If you would like to volunteer they would really appreciate that as well.

You can also support the mission of the Boy Scouts to provide an educational program for boys and young men to build character, to train in the responsibilities of participating citizenship, and to develop personal fitness by donating a car or other vehicle.
